Jacqui Cudd – I’m a mum of a 6 year old boy with multiple food allergies and I know how hard it can be to live with life threatening allergies from a very young age. Bodhi had his first severe allergic reaction at 16 months old and a frantic race to the hospital saved his life. We didn’t think for a moment that small bite of an omelette would change his, and our lives, forever. He was diagnosed with an egg allergy along with peanut, nuts and legumes and prescribed an auto injector pen. We knew it was vital Bodhi was made aware of his allergies from a young age and understand how he could stay safe. We searched for a book that spoke to him but we couldn’t find one so I decided to write one – Bo and Co. We’d love to see this book in the hands of every child living with allergies and really hope it will help.
Stuart Green – I’m Jacqui’s older brother, Freddie and Bodhi’s Uncle. I live in the Spanish Andalusian mountains surrounded by nature, and the odd donkey! Bodhi is a happy, cheeky little soul and it’s hard to believe eating certain foods could do him so much harm. I’m an Illustrator and wanted to get involved in Bo and Co. to help Bodhi, and other children, understand their allergies and stay safe.
